Agentic GTM Operating System for B2B software
It shows how each channel is performing, uses agents to find what isn't working, and makes the changes. It starts with the Signal Engine: connect HubSpot and see which sources, accounts and plays create the pipeline that closes.
Read-only on HubSpot. Every recommendation waits for your approval. The CRM says one thing, and the spreadsheet built to double-check it says another. Nobody fully agrees on what counts as a qualified lead, or who let one go cold, and some of the pipeline leaks before anyone works it. And when the board asks which channels actually create the pipeline that closes, the honest answer is that it depends who you ask.
Start with the Signal Engine.
The first module of the operating system. Connect HubSpot read-only, and it shows what is creating the pipeline that closes and what to run next.
Where each deal came from
Reads every deal across your pipelines with the source behind it, so channel credit comes from the records themselves.
What converts
Which sources, segments, signals and accounts turn into closed revenue, and which high-fit accounts nobody has touched.
What to fix first
Missing and conflicting CRM fields, each ranked by the revenue that sits behind it.
Which plays to run
Agents recommend where to spread a play that works, how to get more out of it, and plays you haven't tried yet. Your team approves every one.
Read-only on HubSpot to start. Setting up approved plays in Outreach, Salesloft or Nooks comes next.
A quick gut check.
This is a fit if
- ✓You're a B2B software company with roughly 30 to 300 people, and more than one channel produces pipeline: outbound, paid, content, events or partners.
- ✓Your CRM has the data, but nobody on the team would build a board slide off it without double-checking it first.
- ✓A board member or investor has asked which channels actually close, and the answer depended on who you asked.
- ✓Leads come in, and nobody can say how fast they get worked or how many go cold.
Probably not the right fit if
- ×You don't have a CRM running yet, or there's no real channel activity to read. It works from your actual data.
- ×You need someone to run outbound or content day to day. This is the measurement and systems layer underneath that work.
Scan, Map, Act.
Scan
Enter your domain. See what ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude and Gemini say when buyers ask about you, and whether AI crawlers can read your site. No login.
Map
Connect your CRM. Every channel is scored with a confidence grade, the leaks are ranked by the dollars at stake, and the Signal Engine finds the plays that carry your pipeline.
Act
Agents propose the changes in the tools you already use: routing, CRM fields, and plays in Outreach, Salesloft or Nooks. Nothing goes live until you approve it.
Read-only by default. Every change waits for your approval.
Four views your leadership team keeps asking for.
The Signal Engine is live in private preview. The other three views are coming soon.
Signal Engine Live
Reads your HubSpot deals and the signals around them, such as champion job changes, funding and new joiners, measures which plays create pipeline, and recommends the next plays for your approval.
Channel truth Coming soon
Pipeline and revenue by channel, segment and team, against the plan, shown under more than one attribution model, so everyone argues from the same numbers.
Leaks Coming soon
Stage conversion, speed to lead, stalled deals and cycle time, ranked by the dollars at stake.
Data trust Coming soon
A confidence grade on every number, with the definition conflicts and missing fields behind it, so you know which numbers to rely on.
Messy exports in. Channel truth with a confidence grade out.

Answers to what usually comes up first.
How is this different from our CRM's own AI?
It's independent of the stack. It works through the CRM and sales tools you already use and sells none of the outreach, sequencing or data it grades, so the read on each channel comes from your data alone.
What access do you need?
Read-only access to HubSpot to start. The Signal Engine reads deals, contacts, companies and activity, and writes nothing back. Billing and ad accounts come in later, for cost by channel.
Do the agents change things on their own?
Every change is proposed first, with the reason behind it. Nothing goes live until someone on your team approves it.
Do we have to replace our sales tools?
Your CRM and your sales engagement tools stay where they are. The agents work through them.
What does a design partner do?
You connect HubSpot read-only, the Signal Engine runs on your real pipeline, and you tell us what is useful and what is missing. Design partners shape what gets built next.
Who is it for?
B2B software companies with roughly 30 to 300 people, where teams already argue about which channels create the pipeline that closes.
Can AI tools actually find our site?
That's what the free GTM Scan checks: schema markup, crawler access for bots like GPTBot and ClaudeBot, whether your content renders without JavaScript, whether your sitemap is current, and what the major AI engines say about you. See the free check below.
Can AI actually find you?
More buyers start with an AI answer before they start with a search engine. If the tools they're using can't read your site, you're invisible to them before a person ever looks.
- 01Structured data: whether your pages carry the schema markup AI tools read to know who you are and what you sell
- 02Crawler access: whether GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, and the major search crawlers can actually get in, since a CDN setting can block them silently
- 03Rendering: whether your core content exists in the raw page, since most AI crawlers don't run your JavaScript
- 04Sitemap and canonical tags: whether the map pointing crawlers to your real pages is current
